The Diversity & Inclusion Committee was created in Air Campania with the aim of enhancing diversity (gender and gender identity, age, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, nationality, language, social background, religious faith, personal beliefs, marital status, ability cognitive and motor skills, health conditions and any other category protected by law) as activators of added value and innovation, and to promote fact-finding investigations, research and analyzes to identify suitable measures to create effective conditions of equal opportunities both for internal stakeholders and for the external ones.
