AIR Campania SpA declines all responsibility for the loss of any type of object on board the buses.
Lost items, found on board buses or in places open to the public, are managed by the Company according to an internal procedure which is part of the Quality Management System.
To carry out the collection it is necessary to go in person to the AIR Campania counters in via Fasano, Zona Industriale Pianodardine, Avellino with a valid identity document (or with the owner's proxy on plain paper, with an identification document attached) and pay related custody rights.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, perishable goods and those in evidently poor condition for which it is not possible to identify the owner within 24 hours, are destroyed or disposed of according to the ordinary procedure envisaged for solid urban waste.
