The expression "whistleblowing" refers to reports of violations or irregularities committed against the public interest.

Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, n. 24, implemented in implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 - concerning the protection of persons who report violations of EU law and containing provisions concerning the protection of persons who report violations of national regulatory provisions - provides that the following may report an offence:

- Employees;

- Self-employed workers who work for the institution;

- Collaborators, freelancers and consultants who work for the institution;

- Volunteers and trainees, even if unpaid;

- Shareholders and subjects with administrative, management, control, supervisory, representation functions, even de facto.

The "whistleblowing" report is an act through which one contributes to the prevention of risks and situations prejudicial to the administration to which one belongs and, consequently, to the collective public interest.

It is a procedure whose primary objective is to encourage reporting and at the same time to protect both the Company and the whistleblower.

In compliance with the provisions of the l. 179/2017, which amended the art. 54 bis of Legislative Decree 165/2001, as well as Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, reports can be addressed to the Head of Corruption Prevention and Transparency at the following url: https://aircampania.whistleblowing.it".

Air Campania SpA has also activated a voice messaging system connected to telephone number no. 320 304 5120 supplied with the RPCT.

Il Code of Ethics of AIR CAMPANIA SpA, adapted to the requirements dictated by the aforementioned Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, available in the Transparent Company Section of the AIR CAMPANIA SpA website as well as on the company noticeboard, provides all the necessary information on the procedures and conditions for making a report, both internal and external, thus implementing a real campaign of communication and training on Whistleblowing, with the aim of spreading a culture of reporting understood as a tool for compliance and social responsibility (Whistleblowing Procedure and Information).
