AIR Campania strengthens public transport services in the Aversa area. From 11 March 2024, connections will be implemented on a further 4 lines, previously managed by CTP.

The services will affect 16 municipalities, of which 11 in the province of Caserta and 5 in the metropolitan city of Naples.

In the program of the regional local public transport company, from next Monday the lines to be upgraded are:

9NA | Trentola Ducenta – San Marcellino – Frignano – Aversa;

10NA | Aversa – Lusciano – San Marcellino – Casapesenna;

18NA | Aversa – Cesa – Sant'Antimo – Giugliano in Campania;

21NA | Aversa – Gricignano – Cesa – Succivo – S. Arpino – Orta di Atella – Frattaminore – Crispano – Caivano.

«This is an important strengthening that enriches the service with additional journeys, which are fundamental for users and inhabitants of the territories concerned, with a view to improving the efficiency and accessibility of local public transport», declared the Administrator, Anthony Acconcia.

Thanks also to the program for the renewal of company fleets, now "younger" and greener, initiated by Campania region at the instigation of president Vincenzo De Luca, AIR Campania has long since started a reorganization of routes in the province of Caserta, restoring and implementing the minimum TPL services previously provided by the outgoing operator, with the aim of satisfying the needs of citizens and improving connectivity between different areas.
